Traveling adventures start with Sevilla

Oh the city that made me fall in love with Spain. This is by far my favorite city in Spain, at least out of the 5 that I've been to. It's a big city, but still quiet. It's soooo colorful! I love colorful architecture. The people were so nice. Their rio is actually a river, which is great. The women are fabulous lol... but seriously they walk around in 5 inch heels and dresses to go to a parade. The kids are fashionable, too. Here are some pics...

Starting with the cute little restaurant where we had breakfast

Main plaza where they do Flamenco

There were lots of horses and carriages in this city

Entrance to the Alcazar (main castle of Sevilla)

The outdoor parts of the castle were so pretty! Full of color and beautiful gardens.

We just thought this tree was so interesting

Yes, there are peacocks in the gardens. That was unexpected, and one of them was nice enough to get angry and show us his pretty feathers.

He saw me trying to take pics of him, but his paintings were great so I had to get a photo.

We stumbled upon a random garden when we heard something that sounded like a tree crashing. It ended up just being a large branch.

They have orange trees just like Valencia... so we decided to pick some to see if they tasted as terrible as the ones in Valencia. They sure did. The one we ate was awful, it was soooo bitter.

The real rio

You can see the river from these cool looking buildings.

Torre de Oro (Tower of Gold)

We went on a nighttime boat cruise

The Catedral de Sevilla has a tower called the Giralda  where you can see

The inside of the cathedral

Really.... hmmmm......
