Arc du Triomphe

This is at the end of the Champs- Élysées opposite of the Louvre. Here, you can go up the Arc and get a great view of the city and the Eiffel Tower. We attempted to go up the Arc twice to see the Eiffel Tower while it's lit up at night, and to our misfortune they closed early both times due to bad weather.
